English Trifle

My mom used to make this for my prediabetic father for his birthday.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 box sugar-free strawberry Jello
1 box sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 large tub fat-free Cool Whip
mixture of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, and bananas for example)
1 sugar-free angel food cake
Directions
Mix Jello and instant pudding according to directions. Do not let Jello gel.
Cut cake in half and put 1/s in the bottom of trifle bowl. Place cut-up fruit on top of cake, pour half of Jello and half of pudding on top of fruit. Cover with Cool Whip. Place other half of cake on top and layer fruit, Jello, and pudding. Add Cool Whip and garnish with fruit.
