Why I Love This Recipe

This is my all-time favorite easy dinner! My hubby told me about these when we were first married. One of my father-in-law's ideas that I actually like. So easy and so yummy!

Ingredients You'll Need

You will need:
As many frozen burrito as your family will eat. If you remember early in the day then put them in the fridge to thaw. If not, don't worry about it.
Butter
1 Can enchilada sauce
Shredded cheese

Directions

That's it! Place the burritos in a pan (I usually use my 8x8 pyrex, but whatever pan fits as many burritos as you need).

Then put butter all over the top.

This will help the tortillas get crunchy.

Bake them as directed on the package.

The last 5-10 minutes pour the can of sauce over the burritos and then cover liberally with cheese.

Let that warm up and melt the last few minutes of cooking. And you're done!

I serve this with rice and corn usually.
