Why I Love This Recipe

This Cheesecake recipe has been in my mom’s side of the family for the good part of 40 years. The first time my mom made it was when she was in Med school and after she ate some she thought it was great. Then she brought it to my families Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. So now she makes it regularly for her family and especially for Thanksgiving.
