Escallop Clams

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
2 small minced clams
2 cups cracker crumbs
dash salt and pepper
1 pint warm milk
2 eggs -- beaten
1/2 cup butter -- melted, reserve 2 Tblsp. not melted
Directions
Blend together well, milk, eggs, crumbs, melted butter, salt and pepper.
Fold in minced clams with the liquor.
Pour into a greased casserole.
Dot with remaining 2 Tblsp. butter.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
