Why I Love This Recipe

This is a get well tea

This was a remedy my mom would make when anyone was sick with a cold or sore throat. If you were brave enough to try you were well by the next day. it really works. All my friends call when they are sick to ask me what that recipe was my mom use to give them.

Ingredients You'll Need

1/4 tsp. Ground Cheyenne
1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 TBS Honey ( more if you are wimpy)
1 TBS Apple cider vinegar
1/2Cup hot boiling water

Mix it all in a tea cup and sip the whole thing (one tea cup about 1/2 cup) every 4 hours until you start feeling better. try hard to drink it all. if you are the wimpy type you can put more honey in to help calm the heat of the Cheyenne.

Questions, Comments & Reviews

I just mixed up a 1/2 batch of the home remedy tea to try get rid of the cold I caught during the holiday season. How much do you take and how often. I drank all that I made this morning. It was a little warm but not bad tasting. I like hot spicy stuff anyway.
