Ingredients You'll Need
- 3 cups sliced apples
- 1 16 ounces can juice-packed peaches, undrained
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon reduced-fat margarine
Preheat oven to 375°Lightly coat a 9x9" bak-pan with nonstick cooking spray. Put apples & peaches in pan. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ings. Stir half of mixture into fruit. Sprinkle remainder of the dry mixture over top of the fruit & bake for 30 min.
