FRUIT SALAD DRESSING
Why I Love This Recipe
This is very tasty and is enough for a large fruit salad
Ingredients You'll Need
1cup pineapple juice
1 egg, well beaten
1/2cup sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2cup heavy cream, not whipped
Cook all, except the cream, until thick.
Cool.
Add the cream.
Directions
Makes enough to mix in with approximately 8 cups of mix fruit chunks.
