TOTAL TIME MAX:40 minutes

EFFORT FACTOR: 4/10

CLEAN UP AFTER FACTOR: 5/10

SCRUMPTIOUS FACTOR: 10/10

Ingredients You'll Need

250g 70% (or more) cocoa dark chocolate
250g soft butter (salted or unsalted tis no matter)
2 teaspoons or a generous drizzle of vanilla extract
100g caster sugar
100g brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
150g ground almonds
50g of each, milk, dark and white
chocolate chips
70g dried cherries (optional incase u don't like cherries)
EQUIPMENT:
heavy based pan (large is better)
wooden spoons or spatulas
Grease and add greasproof paper either to a 24cm square dish or whatevers handy like 9inch round cake tins or whethever flat tin will fit.

Directions

Oven should be preheated to 170C/ gas mark 3/330F.

Melt the chocolate and butter in the pan over a low heat.

Take the pan off the heat add the vanilla and sugar, mix together and let it cool down a little.

gradually add the eggs bit by bit, mix by stirring quickly then the ground almonds gradually to make sure tis mixed properly.

then add all the chocolate chips, (and cherries if you're having them) and mix them well.

add to your dish/dishes and put in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes or 22 minutes for a fan-assisted oven.

This should leave them cooked on the top and cooked but squishy in the middle.

THE FINALE:

Lift the greaseproof paper and stick the brownie onto the side to cool....

after about 15 minutes (or 10 if u can't wait) pull down the edges of the paper and use a large sharpe knife and cut into either mini squares or larger squares.

Use your knife to lift off the paper and put in a tin or plate!

SIt back and enjoy the melt in mouth experience with your friends...or by yourself if your like me!absolutely fab!
