Fake Pasta with meat Sauce

This is a family favorite healthy snack created by one of our amazing Skinny Body Care Distributors.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 medium zucchini
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup minced onions
1 minced clove of garlic
12oz. can tomato sauce
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
Italian seasoning (to taste)
Parsley (to taste)
1.Using a vegetable peeler, create fettuccine-like ribbons from 2 medium zucchini.
2.Cut up 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite sized pieces .
3.Brown cubed chicken in a tablespoon of olive oil.
4.Add minced onions and garlic cook till onions are translucent.
5.Add a 12 oz can of tomato sauce.
6.Add salt & pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley to taste.
7.Simmer for 10 minutes.
8.Add zucchini ribbons stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
9.Serve with shredded Parmesan on top.
