Why I Love This Recipe
I love to cook and I have a lot of great recipes but this one has to be the best. It is the easiest and most delicious recipe I have ever encountered. I used to bring it to potluck luncheons at work and not only would a triple batch be gone within 10 minutes but everyone asked for the recipe. Not long after I would go into conference rooms and I would see this recipe written on the whiteboard. Apparently someone I had given the recipe to made it for a different function and was asked for the recipe so they just wrote it on the board to share it with everyone. I can't tell you how many times this happened. The recipe spread like wildfire around my office and basically became famous. Hence the name "Famous Fatty Dip"
Ingredients You'll Need
1 tube Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1 Can Ro-Tel
1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 4 oz Sour Cream
Directions
1.Brown and drain sausage
2.Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high until cheese is melted
3.Set heat to low and simmer for at least 30 minutes (the longer it simmers the tastier it will be)
4.Keep in crock pot to keep warm
5.Serve with tortilla chips
