Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

16 ounces cauliflower
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
3 green onion
3 strips bacon, crisply cooked
salt and pepper


Directions

Grease 8x8 inch baking pan or 2 quart casserole. Cook either fresh or frozen cauliflower then break up into pieces-no stems. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Put in pan and top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-40 minutes.


Low carb!
