Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 lb round steak
1/4 cup flour
dash pepper
1 can mushrooms or fresh
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 can Campbell's beef consomme (soup)
1 cup sour cream
3 cups cooked egg noodles
Directions
Dust meat with flour and pepper. In skillet, brown the meat in some butter. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic salt. Stir in the consomme. Cover and cook for 1 hour over med-low heat or until meat is tender. Add sour cream and cook 5 minutes longer.
