Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (I prefer Kikkoman)
2 t. grated ginger root
2 t. minced garlic
Marinate overnight in ziplock bag, turning in the AM before school.
Discard marinade & grill meat or tofu until desired level of doneness.
