Favorite Spinach Soup

Why I Love This Recipe
For some reason, I made this soup back in my pre-cooking days, adapted it over the years, and still absolutely love it. Other vegetables can be added if desired, but it's pretty great as is

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups cooked pasta of your choice
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 14oz can diced tomatoes (can use roasted)
Pinch Italian seasoning
1 15oz can kidney or northern beans
4 oz spinach
Parmesan
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Bring broth to boil. Add beans with liquid, tomatoes, Italian seasoning and black pepper. Simmer. A couple minutes before serving, add a couple handfuls of spinach. Put a spot of pasta into bowls and, when spinach softens and turns bright green, ladle the soup over the pasta. Top with copious amounts of Parmesan, salt and pepper.
