Filled Strawberries

Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb Fresh Strawberries
2 pkg Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla
Grated Chocolate
Directions
*Remove stems from strawberries; cut a deep "X" in the tip of each berry
*Gently spread berries open
*In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy
*Pipe or spoon about 2 tsp into each berry; sprinkle with chocolate
*Chill until serving
Recipe Tips
*You can also just serve sauce on the side if you don't want to take the time to fill the strawberries - still a big hit for crowds - did it this way for one of Cory's Birthday camping trip one year and worked out great.
*Can also use almond in place of vanilla
