Why I Love This Recipe
Who doesn't love bacon?! (Well, veggie people love it, they just choose not too.) This is taken to every party I go to, winter, summer and everywhere in between. It's great because you don't have to keep it warm or cold...it usually disappears before any temperature changes anyway.

Ingredients You'll Need
Club Crackers (butter crackers)
1 lb of thin sliced bacon (room temperature)
brown sugar
foil
Pam (cooking spray)
Directions
Heat oven to 325
Cut the bacon in half while still in the block (plastic removed)
Depending on the number of half bacon slices, lay out as many crackers on a Pam sprayed jellyroll tray (Baking sheet with edges.)
Using a 1/2 tsp, pack the spoon with brown sugar and level off, turn over on to each cracker.
Wrap each sugared cracker in a half slice of bacon, trying to cover the entire cracker. (You may need to "stretch" the bacon a bit.)
Make sure ends are on the bottom of the cracker for baking.
Bake at 325 for about a 30-40 minutes depending on your oven.
While the candy is baking, pull out enough foil to turn out your goodies.
Spray generously with Pam.
When you take the candy out, make sure you turn it upside down onto the sprayed foil to cool. (Most of the sugar has melted and sunk to the bottom of the cracker. You don't want the candy to stick, as much as possible.)
Once it is cool, it will be pretty easy to load a tray and take it out without much sticking.
