Ingredients You'll Need

2 lbs Ember Veil Strips (beef, sliced thinly)
Molten Fire Drizzle (1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons chili oil, and juice of 1 lime)
Night Pepper Dust (2 teaspoons black pepper combined with 1 teaspoon ground star anise)
Ebonwood Smoke (1 teaspoon liquid smoke for brushing during grilling)


Directions

Marinate Ember Veil Strips in liquid smoke for 30 minutes.


Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.


Skewer the strips and grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, until slightly charred.


Combine Molten Fire Drizzle ingredients in a bowl and brush generously over the cooked strips.
