Why I Love This Recipe
Early in my marriage an older neighbor gave me some Southern Living magazines, one with wonderful holiday recipes like this coffee. It has been a part of my cozy cold weather days at home and work since then. Thanks, Mrs. Conn from Missouri, whoever you are, for sharing with Southern Living.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
1 1/2 cups hot cocoa mix
1 1/2 cups instant coffee granules (can use decaf as well)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in one large bowl. Using a sifter, sift the ingredients together into a second large bowl. Repeat at least once more until all ingredients are well mixed. Store in an airtight container.
To make 1 cup: spoon 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp of mix in a cup. Add 1 cup of boiling water; stir until blended.
