Simple and healthy take on pancakes.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 medium to large banana
2 eggs


Directions

Set stove to medium heat


Add eggs and banana in a bowl, mash together


Pour batter in medium circles in frying pan


Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side


Serve with fresh fruit


Enjoy!
