Why I Love This Recipe
The sweet dough paired with the salty garlic & rosemary toppings is so delicious!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup plus 1 Tbsp milk
3 cups flour
3 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp butter, cut into 6 pieces
2 tsp active dry yeast or 1 1/2 tsp fast rise yeast
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp parmesan
2 tsp rosemary leaves
1 tsp garlic salt
Use a bread machine or mix master or whatever method to form the dough from the bread ingredients list.
Let rise once, then punch down and rest for 15 min.
Knead one minute and roll out into 9" X 9" square. Place into 9" X 9" greased pan. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Use a wooden spoon handle to poke holes in dough.
Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, rosemary, and garlic salt.
Bake in preheated 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until nicely golden browned.
Serve warm and enjoy!
