Focaccia with garlic chili oil

Why I Love This Recipe
Making focaccia at home is super easy, doesn’t require a lot of effort or ingredients and taste so incredibly good!
I dipped it in a quick garlic Chili oil and oh my…it’s heavenly good!
Ingredients You'll Need
-1 2/3 cups (400ml) lukewarm water
-1 Tsp sugar
-1 Tsp (7g) instant yeast
-1 Tsp salt
-3 3/4 cups (470g) wheat flour
-1 Tbsp olive oil
-More olive oil for the baking dish and as topping
-1 head garlic
-1 Tbsp Chili flakes
-1/2 Cup (120ml) hot oil
-Mix the dough
-Let it rest for 4 hours
-Put in an oiled baking dish & rest for 45 minutes
-Bake at 220C/450F for 25mins
Garlic chili oil
-Combine the garlic, chili flakes and hot oil
For the finish you either drizzle the oil on the focaccia or you dip it and enjoy it.
