*Place the puff pastry out on your counter

*Sprinkle with cheese on the right side

*Fold the left side over so the pastry is folded in half and gently roll it out

*Combine egg and dijon mustard by whipping them together and brush onto the pastry

*Roll each hot dog with the dough, leaving the ends exposed

*Bake for approximately 6 minutes

*Turn over and continue baking for approximately 2-4 minutes

*Allow them to cool & cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch disc shapes

*Skewer and serve, for extra football deco, place skewers in a field of grass on platter
