Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Garlic powder (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste) (we like to use coarse black pepper)
1/2 c. French onion dip
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Non stick cooking spray

Directions

Get out two pieces of wax paper. Lay out your chicken breast on one. Season both sides with garlic powder and black pepper. Cover with another piece of wax paper and pound it down.

Mix together the French onion dip and sour cream. Then cover each chicken breast well with the dip mixture. Cover and refrigerate a few hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 450

Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Mix together your crushed potato chips and Italian bread crumbs.

Pile up on some wax paper.

Take your chicken breast and coat well with the crumb mixture. Press the crumbs in good. Then hold up and spray each side with the non-stick cooking spray.

Place breast on parchment paper.

Put in oven and cook 45 minutes or until done.

Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
