Directions
French Style Ground Steak
Makes one burger
8 oz hamburger
dash steak seasoning
½ oz. Hollandaise sauce
orange zest
relish
brie cheese
bacon slices
buns
mix orange zest with hollandaise and relish. Season hamburger with the steak seasoning. Grill to desired doneness. Top with bacon and brie, melt in broiler and top with hollandaise mixture. Serve on bun
