Ingredients You'll Need
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 T sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 (4 oz) container whipped cream cheese
12 slices cinnamon bread
Directions
In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Spread 1 T cream cheese on six slices of bread; top with remaining slices to make six sandwiches. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture. Fry on a lightly greased skillet until golden brown on both sides.
