Apple cake but fresh
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cup white sugar
3 eggs
3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cup unpeeled, chopped apples
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix oil, sugar, and eggs well.
Add flour mixture with salt, soda, and spices.
Last, add vanilla, apples, and pecans.
Bake in greased tube pan at 350 for 1 hour.
