Fresh Healthier Hummus
Why I Love This Recipe
The idea came when I had too much plain yogurt in my fridge
Ingredients You'll Need
Drain one tub of plain yogurt on a strainer lined with paper towel for 2 hours.
Place one tin of drained chick peas in your food processor
Add the strained yogurt
Add a garlic clove
Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice
Process for 1 minute.
Serve on a flat plate and garnish with a little olive oil
