3 fresh pears
3 T. butter
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut pears in half and core. Arrange in a greased baking dish. Mix all remaining ingredients and spoon into each pear half. Bake about 40 minutes or until tender. Makes six servings.
