Fried Corn and Peppers Michelle Losey's Style

Why I Love This Recipe
Libby's calls it mexicorn :P Making it w/ fresh green peppers taste so much better! (The one pictured I cut peppers way too small)
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cans of corn strained
1 large sweet green pepper (or 1/2 green 1/2 red)
Butter
*Option: Salt and pepper
Directions
Melt butter in frying pan
Strain all water from corn then Add corn to butter
Add Peppers cut in small bite size pieces (I like it better than too small)
Fry in butter until peppers are soft
