Fritos Taco Salad
Why I Love This Recipe
This salad was often served at teacher pot lucks at the elementary school where I taught. So yummy and easy!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans or Ranch Style beans, drained
1 bell pepper, chopped
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Cubed avocado to taste
1 small carton grape tomatoes
Fritos corn chips
Lightly toss veggies and cheese.
Cover and chill.
Serve with corn chips and Catalina dressing tossed lightly together.
