Fruit Cocktail Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a recipe from a sweet lady from my church...it is the most moist cake I have ever eaten!
Ingredients You'll Need
Cake
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 C. flour
2 eggs
2 C. Fruit Cocktail with juice
2 tsp. baking soda
dash salt
1/2 C. brown sugar
Icing
1 stick of butter
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 C. Evaporated Milk
3/4 C.- 1 C. nuts (I prefer walnuts)
1/2 C. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix all cake ingredients together, except brown sugar, and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top of the batter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Combine all icing ingredients except the vanilla and boil in a saucepan for 4 minutes. Add vanilla and pour over warm cake
