A healthy way to enjoy pancakes

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 apple or banana
1/2 tsp salt
* Topping ideas:
In a blender put milk, eggs, banana or apple, vanilla, cup of oats, baking powder, and salt.
Blend until smooth.
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Once warmed, spray with non-stick cooking spray or butter in skillet.
Pour pancake batter into skillet in round circles.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
Flip pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on other side.
Drizzle with the agave syrup or real maple syrup and toppings of choice.
