Why I Love This Recipe
From my mother's recipe collection. You can change this dessert by using any combination of fruits.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 roll of Pillsbury Sugar cookie dough
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 pound of powdered sugar (about 3 1/2 cups)
16 oz sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 jar strawberry glaze (usually found in the produce section of store)
Cool Whip or sweetened cream
2 kiwis, sliced
2 peaches
1 pint strawberries
(or use any combination of fruits in season)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Roll and press cookie dough into a round pizza pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pizza cookie. Chill.
Just before serving, slice the fruit and arrange over the chilled pizza.
Cover with the strawberry glaze.
Slice into pizza-type wedges.
Spoon Cool Whip or whipped cream on each piece.
