Ingredients You'll Need
1 roll of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz.)
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350° F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet with cooking spray. Break up cookie dough in pan; press dough evenly on bottom of pan and create a crust around the edges. Bake dough 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. Refrigerate cooked dough and cool completely for about 30 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Spread mixture over the cooled cookie crust. Top with fresh fruit of your choice. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. To serve, cut into wedges or squares. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate any leftover fruit pizza.
