Why I Love This Recipe

Oatmeal is a great source of fiber and can help lower cholesterol levels.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup blueberries
2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
2 bananas, sliced
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 peaches, peeled and sliced


Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.


In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, apples, cherries, bananas, oatmeal, melted butter, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the fruit and oatmeal with the butter and sugar.


Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.


Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the oatmeal mixture.


Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the oatmeal is set.


Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.


Serve warm and enjoy!

A hot cup of coffee or a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
