Ingredients You'll Need
Baked pie shell or Oreo crust
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 heaping tablespoons flour
pinch salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Add eggs. Cook over slow fire. Add butter and vanilla when it starts to warm. Cook until thick as pudding. Pour into baked pie shell (Oreo crust is great, too.). Chill in fridge.
