GLUTEN FREE BAKING MIX

Why I Love This Recipe
Reprinted from Celi-Yak News - Summer 2009
Use this recipe for making baked goods (muffins, cakes, etc).
Substitute this mix to replace wheat flour in "regular recipes".
Ingredients You'll Need
2 1/2 C Brown Rice Flour
2 C White rice flour
3/4 C + 2 tbsp potato starch
3/4 C + 2 tbsp tapioca flour or starch
3 tbsp guar gum
1 cup of mix = 1 cup wheat flour
Directions
