GLUTEN FREE PIZZA CRUST

Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need
Toasted Rice flour 1 c
Potato starch 1/3 c
Tapioca starch 2 ½ tbsp
Xanthan gum 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Fresh basil 2 leaves
Garlic salt ¼ tsp
Instant yeast 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Water 3/4 C +
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
Combine warm water and olive oil and mix
with dry
Beat at high speed for 2 minutes
Spread out on a pizza pan
Cover and rise for 30-40 minutes
Par bake topping until light golden brown
Remove from oven and store or use immediately.
