GREEK SALAD

Greek salad is wonderful served with Greek food, but is delicious served as a light meal by itself.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 head of romaine, chopped
1 c. heirloom cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, cubed
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. Kalameta olives, sliced
feta cheese to taste
3 T. olive oil
1 T. white wine vinegar
1 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. black pepper
salt to taste
1 t. honey
Directions
Put romaine in a large salad bowl, top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese. In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredient to dress salad and put into pretty serving cruet until ready to serve. Refrigerate until serving.
