Why I Love This Recipe

Pork Tenderloin is always a favorite in our household. This is a delicious grilled pork tenderloin with a sweet and savory glaze. Wonderful with rice or pasta.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 pork tenderloin
4 t. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. orange juice
2 T. brown sugar
Freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Directions

Cut pork into ½ “ medallions; salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile mix together sauce by sautéing garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add orange juice and brown sugar, cook until sugar is dissolved. Put half of sauce in a small bowl and set aside for serving. Put pork on a hot grill and sear for a minute or two on each side, then glaze with sauce and continue cooking for a minute or two until pork is done. Serve on a bed of rice or pasta drizzled with sauce and chopped green onion.
