Cheer on your favorite team with this all time classic cookie! Always a hit at our parties and gatherings, these peanut butter cookies are delicious and super simple to make! These are sooo good with melt in your mouth texture, crispy edges and amazing rich peanut butter middle! No refrigeration of dough required. Soft, chewy and irresistible, these will be a favorite of friends and family alike! Bet you can’t eat just one! Try these soft, bakery style cookies as the finishing touch to your Super Bowl party or anytime! These are the best you will ever make!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Butter
1 Egg
½ Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Peanut Butter
½ Tsp. Baking Soda
1½ Cups All Purpose Flour


Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine brown sugar and butter. Beat well.
Add egg, vanilla, peanut butter and baking soda. Beat on high until creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Mix in flour.
Roll dough into 1" balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Press with fork.
Bake 9 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
These store and freeze well.
Yield: 36 cookies
