Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 c. low fat margarine
1 bag (16 oz) frozen veggies (broccoli, celery, onions, carrots)
1/2 c. flour
1 can (14.5 oz) low fat chicken broth
2 1/2 c. low fat milk
1 T. Spice Island World Flavors Garam Masala Seasoning
1 T. parsley flakes
Directions
Melt margarine in skillet over med. high heat. Sauté frozen veggies 5 to 7 min. or til
tender. Add flour. Stir and cook 1 min. Add chicken broth and milk, stir and cook til
mixture is thick and creamy, about 10 min. Add seasoning and parsley flakes; stir well
before serving.
