Garlic Parm Potato Wedges

Why I Love This Recipe

I picked its recipe because its a good way to add some flavor to some regular potatoes


Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 c Parmesan
pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning


Directions

1) preheat oven to 425 and line baking sheet, rinse potatoes and cut them into wedges, place in bowl and drizzle with olive oil


2) in small bowl whisk parm, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning, coat the wedges with the mixture and place on the baking sheet


3) Bake for 25 minutes and enjoy
