Garlic Sauce

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup dry sherry
3 tbls hoisin sauce
1 tbls low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
3 medium garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients except garlic and red pepper flakes in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Add the garlic and pepper flakes to the garlic mixture in step 1 of the stir fry recipe
