Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is of a soft centered Chocolate cake (moelleux meaning soft and smooth in French) that comes from France.
The first time I tried it, it was homemade in the countryside of France by my husband's family and it was simply delicious! I would like to share it as it is easy to make and it is a very nice cake to bake for the family.

Ingredients You'll Need
220g dark chocolate slab (I normally use Nestle Gold original, 70% cocoa)
125g unsalted butter (remove from fridge in advance to soften it)
125g sugar
90g baking flour
5 whole eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 210 degree C
Break Chocolate slab into smaller pieces and melt ( in the microwave slowly for a few seconds )
Add the softened butter to the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly
Add the sugar, baking flour and the eggs and mix again until you achieve a smooth texture ( the eggs do not require to be beaten separately )
Pour the mixture into a round cake tin and place in the oven
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes to achieve a soft and smooth center .
