Geeky Frozen Smoothie Bowl
Why I Love This Recipe
It's like eating Ice Cream for Breakfast!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup. Frozen Fruit
3/4 cup. Greek Yogurt
1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
Freshly grated Ginger
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
Top with- Chia seeds, fruit, coconut, yogurt, nuts, cinnamon, honey, nutmeg
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
(If it's too thick, add some Almond Milk)
Pour into a bowl.
If the blender melted the texture, just stick the bowl in the freezer for 15-30 mins.
Dig in with a spoon or straw!
