German Apple Cake

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 C margarine
1 1/4 C granulated sugar
2 C flour
2 Tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 C milk
2-3 apples
Cinnamon
Directions
Heat oven to 350
Grease 9 x 9 pan
Beat margarine and sugar until creamy
Add eggs, flour, vanilla, milk and baking powder, beat until smooth
Core and cut apples into thin slices
Pour ingredients into pan and arrange apples on top
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake 35-40 mins
