Why I Love This Recipe

This has become a Sunday morning brunch meal for us and is always such a treat! I grew up always looking forward to the mornings that my mom would make this for breakfast. My favorite parts are always the browns tops while my husbands favorite parts have always been the buttery bottoms.

Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 Cup or 8 Tablespoons Margarine
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
6 Large Eggs
Dash of Salt

Melt Margarine in a 9x13 inch glass pan in the oven a little bit before it gets preheated to 425. Mix all ingredients or blend until completely smooth. Pour over melted butter in pan in a swirling motion. Bake for 25 minutes in a 425 degree oven until golden. Cut and serve topped with maple syrup or corn syrup.
