Ingredients You'll Need
2 oz soy sauce
2 oz dry sherry
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
A one inch chunk of fresh ginger
1 tsp of wasabi paste
1 clove of garlic
Directions
Put the soy sauce, sherry and sesame oil in a bowl
Stir the wasabi paste into the soy sauce, sherry and sesame oil
Taste the mixture and add more wasabi if desired
Carefully trim the peel off the ginger
Finely mince the ginger and add it to the bowl
Peel the skin off the garlic and smash the clove
Finely mince the garlic and add to the rest. Mix well
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate over night
Use as a dipping sauce or marinade
Alternatively, you could just whizz all the ingredients together
