Why I Love This Recipe

I picked this recipe because it is simple and easy and doesn't involve that many ingredients.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 tbsp olive oil
1 leek
1 c fennel
3 c carrots
1 c butternut squash
2 garlic gloves minced
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp turmeric powder
salt and pepper
3 c veggie stock
1 can coconut milk


Directions

1)heat oil in pan with fennel's, leeks, carrots and squash cook for 3-5 min, then add garlic, ginger, and turmeric and salt and pepper for a couple more min


2)add the stock and coconut milk heat until boil then for 20 min, then add into blend until smooth
